Parua Bay School has the following facilities in its grounds:

• Te Kupenga o Te Matauranga (The Net of Knowledge) block, completed May 2021.  This block contains 8 classroom spaces, Library, Maker Space, Admin area (Reception, Principal's Secretary, Assistant Principal and Principal) and Staff Room.

• Te Akonga ('Place of Learning') block containing 4 classrooms for Y0-2 students

• Senior block with 4 classroom spaces

• Hall

• Swimming Pool 

• Hardcover playground areas

• Tiger Turf

• Pump Track

• Numerous sandpits

• Covered Playground area

• Netball Court

• Various playground areas including a nature playground

• Rugby, Soccer and Athletics Sports Fields

Other facilities within Parua Bay School grounds/proximity:

Parua Bay Playcentre

This purpose built facility is parent-run and available for new-borns to school age children.  It is located within the school grounds, just a one minute walk to the school office. For further information phone 436 4074.

Manaia Kindergarten

This popular Early Childhood facility caters for children from 3 years of age to school age – it, too, is also located within school grounds with a board walk from the school to its location in Kiteone Road.  For further information phone 436 1262.

Parua Bay Day Care

Before & After School Care
