Police Vetting Form

Please complete both pages, sign, date and bring to the school office with two forms of ID, one of which must be photo ID, e.g. Passport and Driver Licence

Bus Code of Conduct

This form must be completed by all students and parents/caregivers of students travelling on the Ritchies / PBS bus service.

Both parties should ensure they have read and understood this document, which is to be adhered to for the safety of the bus driver and all students travelling on the school bus.
