As part of our leadership programme in Years 7 & 8, students get opportunities to earn ribbons for participating in services and events involving the following

- Community
- Creative
- Leadership
- Culture
- Sport
- Academic
- Outdoors
- Performance

Once they have received a ribbon in each of these areas they are then awarded a Parua Bay School Leadership Pin. 

If they earn three pins their names are placed on our school leadership board.
