Principal Secretary & School Administrator Oct 14, 2020 1266 Views Parua Bay School is seeking an innovative and experienced administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and financial tasks, including the role of Principal’s Secretary, working closely with Education Services, managing payrolls and liaising with Novopay. You will also prepare documents and minutes for the Board of Trustees. A warm and friendly character and the ability to relate well to students, parents and colleagues is essential. If you have excellent communication skills, are highly organised and have relevant IT experience we would like to hear from you. Conditions of employment and pay grades for this position are in accordance with the Support Staff in Schools’ Collective Agreement. 16th November 2020 or a late January 2021 start - to be negotiated.
